This is one the local bars use in their fryers.
1 lb mutton/venison/beef cut into bite sized pieces. teriyaki sauce or worchestershire sauce enough to coat meat garlic powder or garlic salt deep fryer Marinate meat in teriyaki or worchestershire sauce for a couple hours. drop meat into the hot oil for 60 to 90 seconds. If frozen, beware of spatter. and you will have to cook a little longer.
sprinkle with garlic salt and eat.
You can freeze the meat after it marinates. I use ziploc bags with one serving in each bag.
serve with favorite dipping sauce.
