1/2 cup cornmeal 1/2 cup water 1 lb. ground venison 1 tbsp. fat 1-2 tsps crushed garlic 1 medium can whole kernel corn 1 small chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 2 eggs
Mix cornmeal and water in bowl. Brown venison in fat; add corn, garlic and onion; cook additional 10 minutes. Add salt, egg, and cornmeal mixture. Stir well and cook 15 minutes. Place in greased loaf pan and bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!!
