Round steaks cut into 2" wide strips and beat silly with a tenderizing hammer. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Lay down a piece of bacon, place meat on top. Chop a slice of fresh jalapeno and place on the meat. Roll it all up and jab with a toothpick.
In a small glass bowl mix about a cup of teriyaki sauce, 1/4 cup of warm honey, 1 tsp of cayenne pepper and juice from 1/2 lemon. Whisk it all together and pour over your rolled up venison. Let marinate for a few hours. Grill over mesquite, hot and fast, until bacon is done.
