I have a commercial boot dryer but it takes 2 days to dry my boots if they get really wet. It's a cheaper one. I had a vacuum motor laying around & decided to see if I could make a boot dryer out of it. I also had a bucket with a lid. I bought 1 stick of conduit & 4 male threaded & 4 female threaded fittings. I put the threaded end on each side of the lid to hold the conduit in place. I have less than 8 bucks in it. It really puts a lot of air through your boots.
